I can't claim to even understand what you're going through because I don't think I even so much as took an accounting class in college (however that was over 20yrs ago so it's possible I'm just forgetting!!) so I can't begin to imagine what you're going through with these tests...on top of working full time, being a momma, a wife and many other hats that you wear! But regardless of the situation, you have consistently shown us how to be positive but more importantly, you show us that no matter what your score, pass or fail, that doesn't determine your knowledge or your worth. Such a great message for everyone to hear.Thank you so much for sharing it all with us and please know my fingers are crossed for a good outcome for the two scores you'll find out about in December :)
I took FAR right around this time last year, also while working full time and taking other classes too. You ain't kidding when you talk about how hard it is to be a functional adult while taking CPA exams. I'm hoping for good results for you when Dec 11th comes around.

Omg! I took REG retake on the SAME DAY as you (November 26th) too and was so worried about the snow storm!! I drove at barely 10 mph to get to the testing center safe and sound. I’m so nervous for December 11th bc I get my AUD and REG retake scores too, but I’ll be praying for us both!!!
There is no better feeling than getting a passing score. Honestly, I’ve never left the testing center with a good feeling about passing, but it is usually just due to the marathon of questions you need to answer. We have a running joke in our office that if you don’t leave the testing center with an absolutely sickening feeling in your gut, you aren’t doing it right! Keep plugging along and you’ll get it done! Those of us who took the exam know what it’s like, so keep pushing!

Based on this video, my sense is that you passed (probably Aud too). Your energy looked good. You looked in a pretty good state of mind both before and after. Nothing is a sure thing, of course, but I'm optimistic for you. At any rate, you seem to have the attitude that will get you there one way or the other. Keep it up.
If you finish a CPA exam with more than an hour left, you either know absolutely everything and will get a 95+ or you're going to fail. Take your time, people! Every single minute!
@@Hunter-lr8ug I finished AUD with maybe 25 minutes to spare. That was only because it was my last exam and I knew I'd done enough to pass. The exhaustion of the whole thing hit me and I just stopped caring.

There was a google doc of people from Another71 that showed an average score increase from mock to actual of 12 points. Granted this was from about 2016 with the old exams. I noticed an increase of about 10 on my exams.
I never passed a mock exam and passed all of the sections on my first try. The mock exams are a good place to see what you need to improve in, but they are not always indicative of how you will score on the actual exam.
Taking the exams were the most stressful things ever. The only exam I failed was FAR once. The first time I got 67 then I got a 90! I always finished with an hour left. The worst part about taking the exams is that people not in the business world don’t understand how difficult they are. I took the exams when they were changing them and waited over 30 weeks for results between 5 exams.

Except maybe audit. It isn't super heavy on calculations, so if you study, you can finish with a good amount of time left.
