Nice message,Things anything can disturb our prayers and spiritual peace A brand new car as apposed to an old one can be an example.with the old car is less likely to get broken into and would not worry or cause anxiety over it no where as much as the new one . Leaving one time to pray, read scripture, and be an example to others around you. I was reading something earlier today after coming home from my Orthodox church I attended, beautiful service today It was along these lines ,This world is changing rapidly and not for the better definitely, people are anxious, depressed, angry, perverse, poor and on it goes ,What this elder was saying is in these dark times ,we us Christians must be the complete opposite and fight against evil with good . Others will see us for these virtues we humbly accept from our almighty God,and hopefully 🙏 they find God and then tell others . I always treasure your videos listened twice .🙏☦️
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts. These are indeed dark times but I am encouraged by reading the lives of the Saints. They experienced open hostility and of course temptations but they looked at the world and saw the darkness, regardless of the specific timeframe, and realized that it was oppressive and contrary to the pursuit of holiness. It’s in this realization that we can begin to crawl away, as we earnestly pray and seek God through repentance - growing in holiness. Glory to God! Be well. ~ Jurgis
Its interesting how while we are in very different situations this really resonated with my life right now. So often the world pulls me in with busyness and other cares and then I feel my spirit getting sick and desperate for time with God. Your message was a blessing to me thank you!
Thank you for this video. It was really helpful to me as I also easily lose focus recently and getting stuk in the busy life. Greetings from West Europe! Слава на Бога!
Keep making videos please! God bless you 🙏☦️
Thanks for your support. God willing, I hope to continue making and sharing videos. Be well.
