The reason I find this hard to do is because a lot of acapellas don't start on the one. Any tips for remembering what beat you should drop acapellas on? I've started changing the cue name to like -2 or +2 or something if you gotta drop it 2 beats early or whatever. Eg on this example you drop the aca on the 2. Any way, it's deffo something which makes this whole thing more of a pain.
Forayem TV Just listen to the music of the original song then drop the acapella on the same time the vocal starts in the original.
you have to do your homework, i find it easier to play just a tempo of the same range and set your cue points for your accapella's. works everytime. plus it helps to know the original song. play both together at the same time also helps with finding your aca cue point

I'm also looking for a good A Capella site to download from. I did a little research and found a site called acapelladjs.com but could not find any reviews. The prices are CHEAP! This leads me to believe that shits ain't right. Any leads?
Does anybody think that in 2020 our dancers are becoming babies and rely on a lot of extras to hype them up? Like a shot with a beer would be like a scratch with a song? I'm coming back into this after being out of it for a WHILE. Does anybody think that this kind of (awesome kick ass dope lit fire) cutting is kind of required now? Thanks to anyone who answers.
