Can anyone tell me what the two handed channel fader trick he does at 5:25 is called? Or where I can see it slowed down? Trentino uses the same trick and I love it but cannot grasp the concept

i don't really understand where should a dj bring in a song when mixer. after phrase?
It depends what type of music your playing for hip hop I usually mix at the chorus by the end of the chorus the next song is in.
