Phenominal job on the Saiun! One or two points. The C6N was a Nakajima design and manuactured by Nakajima. Nakajima used their own version of IJN Dark Green paint, which differed from the Mitsubishi Dark Green, Nakajima being more of a very Dark Olive hue, rather than the slightly blue hue in the Dark Green Mitsubishi paint.
The Saiun did see active service, notably in the Battle of the Inland Sea in march 1945. They spotted the Incoming US formation and 2 were shot down, the other 6 escaping...

Great job. One thing you can do is do some paint chipping where the crew climbs into the cockpit areas and the canopy frame itself where it slides open and closed.

Great video. I 2nd the small paintbrushes. I use them for small details and other tasks. Spraying the green under the primer for the canopy was something i never thought of, but will do now. And the gray panel liner technique. I definitely learned a lot in this video.

You knocked it out of the park again. Entertaining and very informative as usual. There's so much information revealed in this video, I'll need to watch the video a few more times to soak it all in. You've really set the bar higher this time.

Great job. I was wondering why you glued the canopies on before you masked them up but it makes sense doing it this way because it eliminates any possible finger prints from handling the canopy.

Love the painting. Aside from that I am willing to pay you $1,000000 if you lower the music or disregard it all together. Yes I'm willing to negotiate.

      @@StyreneModelersHaven I like the music. It's like I'm watching someone build a model in a 90s mall❤

Awesome video! How long would you wait for the oil wash to dry before applying a clear coat?

    • @StyreneModelersHaven

I usually give 24 hours so it won't smudge as I handle the model for the clear coat.
