Very helpful video...but before 1st use how many cycles to run on 8 without bread....thanks.
I think with one time will be ok, but if you want be really safe that everything is "clean" then 2-3 times will be more than fine.
When you turn it on first and completed several cycles(without any bread in it) , was it shut down automatically? Pls it important

It is used several times a day, so we do not use a lid. But it is better to use it so that dust does not get inside.

7 and 8 are for frozen bread or it will burn them.
