Zach, it’s the highest ranked conference champions that get the bye, not necessarily the Power 4 conferences. If Boise State is the Mountain West Champion and they’re ranked higher than the Big 12 champion they will get the bye, not the Big 12 Champion.
We need Indiana to get snubbed (Or us not play them) and Oregon to win the B1G so we don't get Big Nooned by TNT. It would probably be OSU/Boise at noon if that plays out.

Your right Minnesota did derail a penn state season. If I remember correctly, Clifford threw 2 maybe 3 INTs in the game. But on 2 of them the penn state WR was getting tackled while the ball was still in the air and they didn't get called, think one was KJ Hamler. It was unbelievable actually.
Indiana seems like the Wild Card in this situation. I am happy for them. Would that keep OSU out if they get by them. 2 Conference losses would say bye bye.

PSU is a better team then Indiana. Indiana hasn’t played anybody all season long. And don’t even bring up that the Michigan win was a big time win because it wasn’t. Michigan is definitely not the same since Harbaugh left for the NFL.
