I’m currently making this and so far I got welders mask white and added the bolts but I was wondering when it comes to the toilet paper roll I’m supposed to paint the inside black too
I didn’t paint the inside, but I would recommend doing so cause when you look closely at the mask you can tell they’re toilet paper rolls 😅 or I recommend white on the inside so that you can see the colors pop more!
is wybies jacket a rain coat or a trench coat? and could i jsut put duck tape on it for the stripes? i’m being wybie for halloween all the jackets are so expensive so i was gonna try to make it myself
I ended up getting a black fireman’s raincoat and cut it. It was around $26, but if anything you can use a long black jacket with duct tape which will look exactly the same. A similar jacket is on a website called fullsource.com. Hope this helps!
i have a very craft size to me, by craft i mean if i want something ill make it myself and i will MAKE IT WORK even if i dont have the right materials. i have a friend who bought me a 20 dollar welding mask, that i can diy to make the wybie mask but in a realistic way. he also is going to buy me some skeleton gloves, and my other friend is helping buy supplies to diy the wybie mask. i still have to get a yellow raincoat and buy some rainboots any color really so that i can paint them yellow. for my best friend who is going as coraline. we're trying to go as wybie and coraline.

Unfortunately you can’t, I made is for show not for use. You could cut holes where the green lenses are to possibly see through though!
