It's called SoraMafuUraSaka because of the 4 artist singing in this collaboration, where they're SORAru, MAFUmafu, URAtanuki(or Urata in short), and SAKAta(also known as Aho no Sakata). Hope that explains the weird artist name XD

They do use German right after that part, though. "Kugelschreiber" and "Schwarzwaldbrot" at 3:25.
