This is what tons of fans felt about Iron Fist. They casted some "more famous" white actor over Lewis Tan (half white). This caused much of the Iron Fist fight scenes to be choppy as fuck. Lewis Tan did the same scene in 1 cut because he's a stunt man, sword user, and martial artist.

Guy that plays Sub-Zero has a role in Bruce Lee's *Warrior* TV serie on cinemax or something like that. He's pretty good fighter and while the serie plot is not around his character mainly, I highly suggest everyone to watch it, that's pretty underrated show that gone under people's radar.
That would be the incredible if the story of these movies are about the lin kuei vs shirai ryu clans and for me Kuai Liang is by far the best character of the franchise

Nope . The original lore for Jax from MK3 are he only used metal attachments for his arm to boost powers. Honestly I don’t care if they make sub zero the one who did that. Hell, Jax arms history has been retcon so many times from self enchantment in MK3, to baraka in comics , goro in the animation until ermac in MK9.
When i seen the promos stills (I really didn’t think much of this Reboot) I’m glad to be dead wrong this looks really slick this might just be the MK we should’ve got back in the day (Lots of elements/ideas from the MK Rebirth concept trailer) Between this and the Resident Evil hard re-boot video game adaptations might actually be given the proper Quality & respect

I'm in the same ages as you 2 and I agree back in 95 I seen MK in theaters and was like "Alright they look like them, and it was ok" watching it years later I was astounded how bad it actually was and I won't discuss Annihilation that was another story, this looks like everything I could personally think up for a well done MK movie, will it be perfection eh hard to say but it's nice to see people passionate over a project instead of focusing on the monetary gain. The fact in a bit over a month I can pop some popcorn, block out the real world nonsense and watch well made live action Mortal Kombat makes me want to throw my money at Hbo Max lol
the director did his research, granted the CG wasn’t the best, honestly nobody can do good CGI though so this movie might be the best we get Oh and This sub Zero is The Bi Han Sub Zero, you can tell from the voice acting and IMDB actor

It's not weird to expect trash initially because there's a history of video game movie adaptations being trash. The characters all look freakin amazing and it's dope how many of them are true martial artists. The actor behind Sub-zero is a pro Judo fighter with several gold medals and Scorpion is one of Japan's most famous and successful actors with years of martial arts training... so this is gonna be good.
Kano was the only one I was disappointed in. Just didn’t have the look for me. And not sure why they seemed to have replaced Cage with the new guy. But overall I’m here for it! Fight!!

Just wanted to know who "Cole" was, not the actor. We've definetly watched the dope fight choreography of "into the badlands" and who can forget the crazy raid redemption fights.
