Systemic issues when dealing with: Indigenous peoples African Americans LGBTQ Autistic humans I think we all need to get together and end this once and for all. As an autistic "human" I relate. Thank you for uploading this. These systems do not care about us. I'm the stereotype white guy, yet I'm not welcome in their world. My world exists before colonization. I personally relate much more closely to indigenous communities than I ever have to the white world. Yet, I am also aware that no matter how much I relate, I am not (,aside from maternal family lore) indigenous. I want to help people I relate to, but I also fully understand the White Knight thing and it sucks. I have social anxiety, literally shut down when in public. Yet I know I would feel at home and familial if I could attend a potlatch for example. It just feels like my grandmothers family. So I stand behind and support the best I can without interfering. Edit: Slowly change these systems? Nah, I'm brute forcing my way through with ongoing first amendment violations due to my disabilities. I'm trying to dismantle barriers to access for all.
Thank you for this it is sadly true and continues today in the current education curriculum in healthcare
