We went to Ovacik late 90s early 00s, can't for the life of me remember the name of the hotel we stayed, but I recall the owners Ercan and Sarah running it with their family , unfortunately I was told Ercan was killed in a crash on the.way to the airport, always wondered if they carried on, or if anyone knew the location of their hotel so I could check it out on Street View lol
@@thegasguy thank you 😁, can picture the place as then, slight steps down and bar was on right hand side tables over to the left then straight on and the pool was other side of wall, was umm 42 in shade and 49 near pool, a kinda heatwave even for them, sorry for a bit of a late reply , I think I missed the email notification lol I remember a fork in the road maybe towards the main village a good 15 mins walk and a bar upstairs , the place was that 15 mins further up the hill I think,... I was a bit shocked.hearing he'd been killed, they were a nice couple
