Bangalore to Gokarna and Goa | Road trip to Gokarna via Jog falls | Ep -1

We did a road trip from Bangalore to Gokarna and from Gokarna to South Goa. During this trip we have covered multiple places.
Episode-1 of this video series is covering Bangalore to Jog falls and to Gokarna via road. In this episode we are coving the road condition, place to have breakfast, beautiful views on the way, windmills besides the road, Jog falls and reaching to our stay.
A little information on Jog falls, it is a waterfall on the Sharavati river located in Sagara taluk, Shivamogga District and its view point located in Shimoga district of Karnataka, India. It is the second highest plunge waterfall in India and third-highest waterfall in India.

How is the Ghat road part? Is it manageable with small car like Renault kwid automatic version?

It should be completely fine for any car. The roads are fine and there are no steep roads like any other ghat roads. Thanks!

Gokarna is not at all tourist friendly. Be cautious.

Thank you for letting us know. We didn’t face any issues though. Finding a parking is little problematic and need to walk a little in some places. Overall it was great for us.
