Your drawings are fascinating to watch and the videos give exactly the right amount of information to introduce a subject to my students, who are studying in a second language. Thank you so much.
Hi everyone, many many thanks for all of your comments, when we put this together we really did not know how popular it would be! Some people have asked about the art work. The graphics were all done by Matt Anstee a very talented illustrator. You can see more of his work here: www.teaandpencils.com and his Facebook page is here: facebook.com/teaandpencils send him a message, I'm sure he will be grateful.
It has been said if your strategy has 3 objectives, you'll succeed in all three. If it has 4 to 10 objectives, you'll succeed in one to two. If contains more then 10 objectives, you'll succeed in none
For those saying that this is too confusing - it's not. I'm preparing for finals and suggest you revise your work and simply use this video as reinforcement for your understanding of the balanced scorecard. Thanks, Intrafocus!

Hi, the Balanced scorecard was developed precisely to do this! The problem faced by most organisations was they concentrated on financial measures and not measures that looked at customers, processes, people, learning and growth. Today, we not only have a balanced scorecard approach but a great set of tools to help. I would suggest you look at Spider Impact - www.intrafocus.com/spider-impact/
@@clivekeyte7019 , I think the sequence the steps build the balanced scorecard is customer-->process-->people and learning growth-->financial. Is it right?
@@ntcuong01ct1 Hi, Actually it's not quite as simple as that. The balanced scorecard has a logical flow from the bottom to the top. Any changes in Knowledge, Learning and Growth will drive changes to a Process which will drive Customer demand/satisfaction which in turn will impact the Finances (revenue, profit, costs). But when building the scorecard, it is often the case that you will start with a set of Strategic Priorities that will impact multiple areas. We have a very good explanation of a Seven-Step process which you can find here: www.intrafocus.com/strategic-planning-process/
@@clivekeyte7019 , as my understand. From Strategic Priorities, I will create Strategy Map and Strategic objective of 4 sides (Knowledge, Learning and Growth , Customer , Finances ), then I will link its together in the balanced scorecard. Is it right?.
Great video and drawing skills! One point of improvement.. make the video more inclusive and respresent other groups than predominantly white men (with only two exceptions: the president and the female doctor).
First, why do we have Einstein, Obama, and Bill Clinton in this video at about 1:30?? And, as if that was not freaking bizarre enough, why the hell are they standing next to a dude in mask? And, again, hard to believe there is more, is Bill in a jogging outfit and wearing some sort of sash or award ribbon??

Simple, clear, and addresses many of the common beginner's mistakes.

Who drew this? The only image of a woman is the sexy nurse. Plenty of images of successful men in suits and a strong sporty man. This cannot be OK.
It's wowww
HiHo gang 😎
Too confusing.
Great video and drawing skills! One point of improvement.. make the video more inclusive and respresent other groups than predominantly white men (with only two exceptions: the president and the female doctor).
helpful presentation. annoying hand. would've been better had the hand been implied and not visible
Thia video is so distorted
Hi, thanks for your comment, would you mind explaining what you mean by 'distorted'?
First, why do we have Einstein, Obama, and Bill Clinton in this video at about 1:30?? And, as if that was not freaking bizarre enough, why the hell are they standing next to a dude in mask?
