Oil processing and fuel prices in CA are way too high for your average person to get by. In 2002, gas was still $4.00 a gallon. Now it's so much higher. CA doesn't care about it's people. They will regulate and tax you into oblivion.

You knew it was coming. Ca still has a massive amount of untapped oil offshore & Shale in the Central Valley. It’s still the 3rd or 4th largest oil producer despite the state & environmentalists doing everything possible to stop it.
