Thank you for this one I didn't know it. Usually around my birthday I feel really nostalgic melancholic and depressed even to the point where I don't even want to be around anybody or I don't even want to receive calls of people saying happy Birthday to me. The reason for those feelings ...is first normal!!! And birthdays are meant for us to be spend it in a deeply spiritual way-being alone in prayer n fasting. Not everyone calling to wish you a happy birthday means it, often it is dreaded-obligatory actions. So I say, embrace that wanting to alone feeling n do just that. Turn off your phone on that day!! Be with just that one or two Special people in your life, a child or parent or mate...
