Question- I believe you mentioned you are using the free version of PDFescape, right? Where are you finding the "multiline" option? It does not come up as an option for me in the text dropdown. Can they use both the apple pen and this? Say, if you didn’t edit half the page for quick stylus notes? Then use the other side (that you edited with PDFescape) for typing…
Remember that this is meant to be opened on a browser. Most devices won't allow to write with a stylus. To do that, you can skip PDF escape and just upload the PDF to something like Goodnotes
I cannot size the box or align 1 box with another, also is there a option to size the box to perfect measurement? The box colour I get is Yellow. Right click does not work for me. Thanks! 😀
When I download my PDF and test it out, all the fillable boxes are still in yellow and doesn't look very nice on my document. If I unclick 'Visible' from each text box, it doesn't allow me to write in it. What can I do?
Yup, they just changed their entire interface a few days ago. All the same features work, but they're in a different place. You can't "right click" anymore which is very annoying. But I'm working on an updated video that will go up next week.

Sounds like a good app to use but found a lot of trouble; you can´t change the background, can´t center the text and it appears wrong and the most important: the how-to are so poore... and every change takes a lot of time. But thank you for your great tutorial!
I have a problem with pdfescape. In free version I do not have, i can not activate a "form field properrties", my tool bar looks different. In form field drop down menu I do not have " text paragraph" .... Why? thank you in advance .
I know that you commented a while ago but I wanted to mention another option in case it helps you or anyone else who's reading this. I also had the issue where I could not use a paragraph box. I tried using the desktop version of PDF Escape, thinking maybe that's what I needed to do to get that option. I even signed up for their free trial but that didn't work either. I just couldn't find that option so I got really frustrated and looked for another tool. I found DocFly which is way easier to use. They only allow you to download three documents after you've added fillable fields but that's all I needed so it was a great option.

yup! Days after I recorded this video they changed the whole thing. I do have another video in my todo list

There will always be some type of color on the boxes to signal it's a box. I'm afraid you can't control that with this software.
Cad pdfescape do calculations? Also can the end user edit the font in the fillable PDF?

It's a free software, that happens. Adobe is a great paid alternative and you can do everything you just mentioned.
