Say they show power your mike backer has to respect that and come up . In turn the inside receiver runs a vert read while the 2 receiver runs the safety out. It gives him a one on one with the fs coming over late. Most coaches put their quick guys inside so in my opinion that is a TD for the offense.
How do you make your strength calls? Does your defensive personnel play boundary/field positions, left/right positions, or based on some formation strength?
