Thanks for sharing. Just curious to know, isnt Arthashastra had caused India to be ruled by Mughal rulers, British rulers? As focus was more to win without fighting, by kootneeti. Mughal/British used these to their advantage and Indian rulers took this kootneeti to fight against other Indian ruler and India lost it control over India.
