    Came here after watching another video about an ex VA scheduler who pretty much said they are told to schedule patients months out instead of scheduling them when there is an actual opening. Sad really how many veterans have passed away due to the lack of healthcare for veterans.

      Probably not a bad idea to familiarize yourself a bit. I just applied for a Scheduling position and you best bet I'm going to study up a bit so I don't seem completely ridiculous during the interview 😂

      Yes learn a little a bit about certain areas of treatments and diagnosis so you know where to send them

      Me too. A hole manager will count simple errors to fire you.

      I have this job too, it’s stressful but I do it in a much smaller scale… some patients can be really nasty!!!
