. Lhiver_1.6 UI is too large and in game play UI text is bugged, anyway how to fix ?

I checked and for me everything works fine, I think something is wrong with your computer. Maybe the antivirus is blocking it or something else.

can't the character animations be improved? that's what keeps me off from playing this game

This is something we all have to deal with. I think it's a game engine limitation. Chronicles of Myrtana mod might have new animations. But I'm not sure. Don't think there is a standalone mod for animations. Textures and meshes? Yes.

If it's too bright, you can adjust the settings with Reshade, and you can change these settings at any time during the game. Everyone can adjust the settings as they like. By the way, each setting has additional settings that can be easily changed.
Or you can adjust the brightness through GD3D11 by pressing the F11 button. I just listed the main commands that have the most impact on the game graphics.
