@@AlwaysBoardNeverBoring I’ll have to sit down and have a view of em. I recently got my hands on a copy and are prepping to play with a friend of mine this coming week.
I think they would be silly not to release it here, as it's really pretty good. It's a nice balance between simplicity and choices, and tactical considerations versus randomness and pushing your luck. I think places likes Waterstones would stock it and it could do quite well at the right price point.
@@AlwaysBoardNeverBoring Its not out in the UK? I got the german version (since im from germany) about half a year ago..why is the english version not out in the UK?
@@AlwaysBoardNeverBoring thats weird..when its already available in english, why not sell it in english speaking countrys? The german version can only be sold in germany, the english version can be sold all around the globe. Bad job on the marketing team..its a really nice and easy game. It's really odd. I assumed they had some kind of exclusivity deal with B&N. Like I say. I didn't realise it was available in Germany at all. Did they release Blitz Bowl and the Quest for Mount Doom in Germany? That's two more games that haven't made it to the UK but are available at B&N in the US. I've always wanted to give Flash Point a try but never had the opportunity. It looks fun.
Thanks for watching; I'm glad you enjoyed the playthrough. Unfortunately I'm in the UK, and Blitz Bowl, Space Marine Adventures and Quest for Mount Doom aren't available here. The only reason I have Adventures is because one of my subscribers was kind enough to donate a copy to the channel. I've heard good things about Blitz Bowl (not so much about Mount Doom) and I still have my fingers crossed they might come to retail in the UK eventually.
@@AlwaysBoardNeverBoring Oh yeah forgot about that. And my local Barnes and Nobles has them in stock. Don't know why they aren't out there yet! On the plus side you get Warhammer Conquest which I wish I could get!

I was wondering if you were going to make a correction with regards to diagonal adjacency? The reason that I ask, is that for new players like me (I just got the game this week) who have watched your videos, it left me confused with regard to this particular aspect. According to a response from GW, a Necron which is diagonal (1 square away) is considered to be adjacent, thus enabling melee bonuses... boardgamegeek.com/thread/2043945/line-sight-and-adjacency-questions
Did I miss something at the beginning of the video? Every time the card says place 1 Necron counter on a translocation square, he places 2. Was that part of the mission scenario and I missed it?
The whole point of the the spawning mechanism is that if you can't spawn on the space (because there is already a necron on it) then you spawn on every adjacent space. For example, at 22:42 I am spawning more than one necron per spawn location because the spawn locations are already occupied.
Thanks for watching. I'm not sure I know what you mean. Are you referring to one of the rules errors that I listed with time stamps in the video description?
Ah, thanks for clarifying that. I tried to list all of my errors in the description so I would have added it in if there was something else I had missed!
Yes, if you look at his character card his "range" is 6, which means he can attack up to 6 spaces away. However, he gets a bonus attack against an adjacent enemy to reflect his preference for getting stuck in.
Ireally enjoy every video you upload, but I find this game a bit boring compared to others you have showed before. Anyway, it's a good video, very explanatory.👍
Thanks for watching. I love Labyrinth of the Necrons. It has really accessible rules, and loads of options for ramping up the difficulty. I'm lucky to have the expansions too, so I can add in extra characters and missions. I don't necessarily think any of my playthroughs show just how tense the game can be, simply because all the stars aligned and I had really good runs. As I recall, in this first upload I was never in any real risk and defeated the mission handily. If you add in some of the optional rules to up the difficulty, it becomes a really tough challenge. But of course, it still won't be for everyone.
It's more of a greatest hits collection, really. The action system and narrow tunnel fighting is obviously reminiscent of Space Hulk, but then there's a dash of special action cards and marines from different chapters (Space Crusade), card flipping health system (Deathwatch: Overkill), tokens for enemies (the original Lost Patrol) and spawning enemies that "overflow" if left unchecked (Pandemic).
You should have picked "Rise of the orks". Much better and much more fun imho. Necrons that don't shoot...pffft. PS.: Couldn't even finish this video...fell asleep 3 times. Nothing against you videos. They are great, but this game is endless Boredom.
Came here from Board Game Geek. Thank you for doing the video. Ended up purchasing it, and the two awesome expansion packs.
Thank you for coming over to check out the channel. I hope you’ll stay. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the game; it’s a favourite in my house.
@@AlwaysBoardNeverBoring I even got lucky with having the Special Action cards from the White Dwarf. Previously I was using them for bookmarks.
@@satyanpatel6403 It was lucky you kept them. I had to have them sent over, because they didn't include them with UK issues of the magazine.
@@AlwaysBoardNeverBoring I can't find the expansions anywhere x(
Have you made a review video for this? I looked and I didn’t see a dedicated video, besides the expansions.
I did so many playthroughs, and talk about it so positively in so many other places, I never felt the need. It's one of my top 20 games ever.

1:05 "Here's one i made earlier" - are you talking about the table? You made the table?
It's a silly comment in reference to the instructional sections from Blue Peter where they had things pre-prepared. I didn't actually make the table.
Looks like a very fun game, thanks for that. I really hope it gets a full release in the UK as well.
