I’m kind of confused. Brother mentions getting rewarded for delaying sin. Allah knows best. My question is why would we get rewarded for the act of intending to sin at a later time? Genuine question
Other people having diet to practice fasting for Ramadan then when Ramadan comes they're body are already dehydrated... That's a very wrong preparation.. As this vid. instructed us how to honor Rajab there are also correct way of preparing physically for month of Ramadan.

Good question. The Messenger ﷺ said if you intend a sin and you don’t do it, you are rewarded a good deed.
Advise to help avoid these "videos" is to follow the footsteps of Yousef (AS) if you see somthing that's filth then Run the other way
