낯선아이 노래들을 들어보니 볼사 활동할 당시 서로 다른 음악 스타일을 가지고 있었던 것 같은데 차라리 이렇게 본인 음악 스타일을 하기위해 솔로로 나온 것이 현명한 선택이었던 것 같음. 둘 다 서로를 응원하며 본인들이 맞는 음악을 하는 것이 맞는 것 같음. 원래 볼사는 인기그룹이었으니 누가 크게 손해 보고 하는 것 없는 것도 같고 각자 얻는 이익 있으니 제3자가 왈가왈부 안 했으면 좋겠음.
When galaxy become famous, I can hear jiyoon voice but after that I barely hear her voice in bolbbalgan4 song which make me dissapointed. They are Duo group but it feels like solo, so I can understand why Jiyoon want to leave the group. Can you imagine her feeling on the stage. Like, her do almost nothing. Just sit, playing guitar sometimes, being a backup and keep smiling. And fan sign. How much jiyoon endure that because of jiyoung fanatics fan. It's just painful for me to see her like that and when jiyoon say she wants to left, honestly I think it's about pride or maybe she felt shameful/ low self-esteem because she do almost nothing. When she release song, then we know actually before that she want to sing but unfortunately she doesn't get the chance. What so funny about this thing is when jiyoung says there is no mistreatment from the company but the company clearly shows favouritism and mistreatment to jiyoon
And when she have this great song im sure company always refuse her song... So what can she do except out of this duo.. Its will waste if this beautiful song just ended in the baseman... Fighting oddchild...
It’s super odd for a group that consisted of two friends who have incredibly complimentary voices to not have equal spotlight- I mean I can understand if there’s 6-7 members, line distribution and screen time may vary but for a duo that’s so weird. Also, no tea no shade to Jiyong (she’s very talented) but if your friend is suffering, would you not wanna make her shine in interviews or at least attempt to share the spotlight. They should have definitely rebranded, if the duo ‘bol4’ split then what’s the point of keeping the name. It’s not like it’s a stage name 🤷🏽♀️ Reminds me of the time Wheein had that hidden camera prank where Solar and Byul pretended to trash talk about Hwasa, Wheein legit said if there’s no Hwasa, there’s no me. Then again there’s always two sides of the story. But from an outsiders perspective it seems very flaky. Hope they both find their distinct places in the industry.
Now I know why before I felt BOL4 songs different from their debut songs.. Her essence are missing. For example, their debut songs felt more child like and easy to understand. It just make you want to listen to it repeatedly. But the newer songs felt like it made for fans.. Like trends.. plus mostly of the newer songs I don't understand the meaning why they created that type songs.
