    Methane fermentation is a versatile biotechnology capable of converting almost all types of polymeric materials to methane and carbon dioxide under anaerobic conditions. ... Methane fermentation offers an effective means of pollution reduction, superior to that achieved via conventional aerobic processes.

    How to install inlet 2 , outlet 4 valves. And how can operate it. It is not possible

  • @johnannesley132
    @johnannesley132 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    If there were valves at no. 2 and or 4, they would allow material to flow in both directions when opened, until stasis / balance is reached. Therefore having valves at no. 2 would allow backflow from digester tank into feed tube whenever opened- the whole point to the design with feeder tube entering near bottom of digester tank, is to feed the tank without use of a no.2 valve. Similarly, valve 4 is superfluous (not necessary and actually in the way for if a blockage forms here, it is very difficult to clean). Final point: grass and other green waste actually produce much more usable methane than animal dung, by weight.

    Very nice video. Biogas is amazing for what can be done with food scrapes and waste. I built 3 small digesters which produce enough biogas to run my small gas generator. Free energy from my last nights dinner crazy.
