I love hearing you talk about your samplers Judy, it really brings them to life and enlightens me as to why you love them so much. When you talk about the different borders and fonts it becomes a much more interesting stitch to me. Thank you for always sharing your time and knowledge, and of course, your beautiful designs.
Thank you Karen. I just find samplers fascinating, and there are so many others who know much more than I ever will! But it’s been fun researching the ones in my collection.
Judy it’s always such a pleasure to sit down with you and see what you present. Loved seeing all the finishing ideas from those that stitch your charts and your samplers are stunning! Thank you ◡̈
Hi Judy. I always enjoy your flosstubes and I like that you show other people’s finishes. It’s always so helpful to get some new ideas. Enjoy your trip to Virginia. Thanks for all you do.
Hi Judy, it was a joy meeting you on Sarah’s zoom chat. I agree, recommend for everyone to add themselves to the list to join. Was well worth getting up early & going to work afterwards for me in Sydney Australia ♥️♥️
Katie, I so agree. It just expands our lives to meet fellow stitchers from the other side of the world. And you have achieved an impressive array of stitching for being so young.
Hello, dear Judy. The red samplers were so inspiring. I appreciate your kind words and send thank yous for joining the Zoom meet up. Look forward to more. ❤❤
Always love opening flosstube and seeing you have a new video! Thank you for sharing all the red samplers…..love LOVE them! Also, enjoyed seeing the pictures of others’ finishes.
So glad I found your floss tube. I love red samplers also although I have never stitched one. I am 77 and have only been cross stitching for two years.
So glad you found me too Carole. And it’s not too, late to start a red sampler, even a little one. There is so something so fresh about just red on a neutral background.
Hello Judy, Enjoy your flosstube and your designs. I have stitched Little Christmas Town in Red and Blue. I have also stitched Eliza's French Birds. More that I plan to stitch. Thanks for creating and sharing. Happy Stitching and Happy Designing.❤😊
I always enjoy your videos, calm voice and your home is my style so beautiful I actually just started stitching Bluebirds of Happiness and loving it. I live in No California between San Francisco and Sacramento There is a small LNS (Kelley's Needlework) in Placerville and a friend and I went there for the day Not a large selection of patterns but fell in love with this one and she pulled all the floss for me. I also enjoy Sarah's Stitchy Spot Hoping to be chosen for a Zoom However, I see her often at "For The Love Of Stitching" that meets once a month in Sacramento She is lovely and her stitching is beautiful.
Hello Judy, Always enjoy your videos. Had seen the Santa Laura’s Mom did - it was beautiful in a stand-up! Enjoyed the red samplers. Hope one day to meet you again-I am your K’zoo “neighbor”!
Beautiful Samplers, Judy! The one marked "Abingdon" may be from a small historic town only a few miles north of me in the Commonwealth of Virginia! It is located in the Southwestern corner of the state, very near the Tennessee/Virginia state line. I know you are planning a trip to Virginia so if you have some spare time and are near there, you might want to check it out. The Martha Washington Inn (formerly a girls college and later used as a civil war hospital) is located there, across the street from the Inn is the famous Barter Theater and there are some lovely sites and great restaurants. Have a great trip and see you next time! xoxo
Dear Barbara, How fascinating to learn that Abington is in VA and to hear what a wonderful, place it would be to visit. I remember researching the name when I first reproduced the sampler but forgot to check out my notes to see what I had found. Thank you so much for your help!
Red is my very favorite color. I also love your transfer wear. It’s so hard to find but I love the ones I have collected. Thank you for another very informative video
Thank, you Debbie. I actually have a large collection of blue transfer ware in the downstairs area of our house. And if I knew how to edit! I could make a video of that collection some day!
Hello Judy I purchased sing a song of Christmas the 15 patterns are so cute cannot wait to start stitching them. Love the red samplers Thank you for sharing and happy stitching

Great video as usual. I wished I would’ve gotten to see you in St. Louis but I was sick that weekend and couldn’t come take care and have fun on your trip.
Hi Judy. I really missed going to Galleria; but one of our stitching shops had a retreat that same weekend and we felt like we should support her. I also, of course, missed seeing you there! Somehow I was not aware of all your sampler reproductions and I will be checking those out. Have a wonderful trip! Debbie Wolfe in Kansas
Thanks so much Debbie for writing. And I think it was really neat that you and your friends supported your local shop. There is so much competition these days for events, etc. That one hardly knows which one to attend!
Really enjoyed all the samplers. I always enjoy your videos. The blouse you have on is so pretty. You must have been a wonderful first grade teacher. I had a thought I would like to pass on. Why don’t you do one of your designs on Aida to encourage all the Aida stitchers.
I should do that Barbara, or at least ask my viewers to send pictures of their models on Aida so I can encourage all of those who, prefer it to linen. Great suggestion.
Hi, Judy! Sorry for the lateness of this comment. I love Red Work! All your designs are beautiful! I usually order from Carla at Cobweb Corner, but she doesn’t carry your designs 😔Who can I order your designs from? What an excellent teacher you were and are♥️🌹
Thank you Pat. I will have to look up the location of Cobweb Corner so I can suggest another shop for you to try. But I know for sure that the one closest to me, Stitching Bits and Bobs , will, order anything you need. They are online too. Hope this helps!
I never cease to be amazed at the sampler stitching of those very young girls!!!
