    I never thought about reducing white wine with onions for the filling, thanks! I would also add lemon zest and dill, goes well with fish.

      For what? For pasta use olive oil, for the rest you can use both

    Thanks for this. Ive got no idea what buckwheat is, but it kinda looks like popcorn. Is it simply for garnishing or does it add to the flavour profile? Perhaps it could be replaced with toasted nuts?

      CHEF I am in MasterChef 6 Greece next week will cook fried rice with chicken . In MasterChef only 40 minutes cooking time so not good idea pasta.
