I HAVE BOYCOTT MYNTRA . RATHER THEY DONT ALLOW TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE EVEN . WE HAVE TO FIGHT FOR OUR HARD EARNED MONEY .

Myntra did not came to pickup the order however the return is initiated and stating that the product condition was good while packing so the claim is rejected, and after trying to contact many times this is the response below: , any guidance will be appreciated.
"Please be informed that after a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we found that the correct product was shipped from our warehouse.
Also, our team confirmed that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.
I regret that the claim stands declined.

I got my exchanged product yesterday!
When I put my stain product for exchange, their delivery person came rejected my product on quality check then I twitted the images of my sneakers, mailed them the same describing the whole incident. Also had a call with their customer care. Raised my concern on 1st dec issue got resolved on 5th Dec & yesterday I received my exchanged product.
Why to compromise on product quality when you're paying them the hard earned amount. But yes the exchange product they delivered, it was flawless no stains, no issues with other things either.
I think it's better to raise the complaint at the earliest from the date of purchase Or the same day of purchase, just that you need to do a quality check thoroughly when you receive the product.

I got the same issue After successful pickup. After pickup I received the message that my Return is successful picked up however in My Orders it was showing "Out for pickup" till 11:59 PM. After 12:00 AM I checked the Return status in My Orders just to know whether it's been updated or not! "Return on hold" was there and the reason mentioned was "Missing tags" !!
It was a PUMA shoes that always comes without any tags!
P.S. - I got the refund very next day.
