I totally understand how you feel,I'm 14 but I feel like I'm a 100 years old,my life was so simple and full of happiness but now all of a sudden my world went upside down,and since then I have always felt that something went missing cuz I dealt with a lot of things in a short period of time when I was only 8...so I understand you and my advice for you is to open more up with your family,close friends,siblings but most importantly your mother, you see I don't have a mom cuz she abandoned me when I was 9 and I should be hating her right now but I still cant even after all of this things she did to me,so pls try to have a good bond with your mom and try to understand each other.

After many years struggling with depression and this world I thought was cruel, I can finally say I am at peace with myself. I learned that I can't change my family and it's okay if I don't feel right with them, it's okay to walk away. I slowed down my life rythm, took the time to enjoy the sunlight on my face, the wind blowing my hair, the different smell of each season. I found happiness within things I already had without really noticing them before. There's nothing like this feeling when you can close your eyes and finally say ''The pain is over''. I can feel my heart stopping for a sec as if my body was free falling. Nobody will ever hand you happiness on a silver plate. You have to find it yourself. And do it now, no excuses. If you can find any excuses why you wouldn't start now, maybe happiness isn't something you truly desire. In fact, if I could meet my past self, I would tell myself to drop everything and focus on being happy, because there's nothing such as this incredible feeling of joy.

Same. I hate to fell asleep just before I cried with wet eyes and then I wake up moody, drink coffee, my mood get better during afternoon and then when night come, silence come and sadness. I fell asleep with music or rain or nothing and wake up at 8 am. I stay awake thinking about how i wish i didnt woke up bcs i was thirsty or hungry or needed to use bathroom bcs then I have to wait again until i fall asleep and that takes long. Hearing these melodies is comforting but also makes me think of everything in life. I’ve found it hard to really trust people and love people because of my fear of getting hurt or left alone. Yet, because of this, I’m left with loneliness and hurt anyways because of how cut off I have made myself. Just the hope that one day, I can maybe heal that trust with others and myself. That is what keeps me going. That hope. If you feel this way too, we may never know each other, but we are connected in this way! You’re never alone...
Even if you're all alone and cut off from everyone, you're still hurting... so wouldn't it be better to open up, even if it hurts, to steal some moments of happiness for yourself in between? Hugs. We are human. We make mistakes and often times we lack the communication skills to convey our regret and desire to apologize. None of us are perfect and we all fight to be better people. We're learning, growing, maturing at different paces... when we hurt people, we learn from that. So forgiveness, to me, is gifting someone the opportunity to not only learn how to correct their behavior but to learn that love is not conditional upon their mistakes or lack thereof.

I totally understand how you feel,I'm 14 but I feel like I'm a 100 years old,my life was so simple and full of happiness but now all of a sudden my world went upside down,and since then I have always felt that something went missing cuz I dealt with a lot of things in a short period of time when I was only 8...so I understand you and my advice for you is to open more up with your family,close friends,siblings but most importantly your mother, you see I don't have a mom cuz she abandoned me when I was 9 and I should be hating her right now but I still cant even after all of this things she did to me,so pls try to have a good bond with your mom and try to understand each other.

After many years struggling with depression and this world I thought was cruel, I can finally say I am at peace with myself. I learned that I can't change my family and it's okay if I don't feel right with them, it's okay to walk away. I slowed down my life rythm, took the time to enjoy the sunlight on my face, the wind blowing my hair, the different smell of each season. I found happiness within things I already had without really noticing them before.
There's nothing like this feeling when you can close your eyes and finally say ''The pain is over''. I can feel my heart stopping for a sec as if my body was free falling.
Nobody will ever hand you happiness on a silver plate. You have to find it yourself. And do it now, no excuses. If you can find any excuses why you wouldn't start now, maybe happiness isn't something you truly desire. In fact, if I could meet my past self, I would tell myself to drop everything and focus on being happy, because there's nothing such as this incredible feeling of joy.

Hearing these melodies is comforting but also makes me think of everything in life. I’ve found it hard to really trust people and love people because of my fear of getting hurt or left alone. Yet, because of this, I’m left with loneliness and hurt anyways because of how cut off I have made myself. Just the hope that one day, I can maybe heal that trust with others and myself. That is what keeps me going. That hope. If you feel this way too, we may never know each other, but we are connected in this way! You’re never alone...
Even if you're all alone and cut off from everyone, you're still hurting... so wouldn't it be better to open up, even if it hurts, to steal some moments of happiness for yourself in between? Hugs. We are human. We make mistakes and often times we lack the communication skills to convey our regret and desire to apologize. None of us are perfect and we all fight to be better people. We're learning, growing, maturing at different paces... when we hurt people, we learn from that. So forgiveness, to me, is gifting someone the opportunity to not only learn how to correct their behavior but to learn that love is not conditional upon their mistakes or lack thereof.
