    I have the next one up, the P426. It's a great piece of kit. So well made, so well designed. I love it to bits.
    Sirui make truly great products, and the prices are really kean. I have two monopods, and ST-124 travel tripod. Thoroughly recommend the brand.

      Yeah I continue to be happy with it but I still would like a video head to go on it but haven’t gotten that yet

    Great Review! I always find it a hassle to get that perfect shot using basic tripod while bicycle touring, this monopod will do great 👍

    Great video, I have the King Joy KT100 and KT 200 tripod, use them all the time, I have also done unboxing and reviews on both of these.

    Whats the difference between the Sirui P-324s and the P-424s? There's €100 cost difference.

    • @BradBeaird
      @BradBeaird  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Maximum height. 424 is 75" and 324 is 69"

    What’s the difference of this with the 424 carbon fiber model?

    Nice intro to this monopod! Do you recommend any particular head for it? (I need an arca-swiss type, since I use a Kirk L-bracket on my camera body.) Thank you.

      You can put any fluid head but I personally use the Manfrotto

    Can you please tell me, why did you pick P-324SR instead of P-424SR? Any specific reason.

    • @BradBeaird
      @BradBeaird  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just didn't need the additional height that the 424 gives you.

    I really like this monopod but am concerned about it being too big to carry on the outside of a backpack. It still looks pretty long. What do you do?

    • @BradBeaird
      @BradBeaird  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think carrying on the outside of a backpack would be difficult because of length and also because it is a bit heavy with the tripod base.

    Hi bob , just a bit off subject ,do you mind if I ask you what computer you use for your video editing ? I'm just in the process of upgrading my computer . Thanks matty

    • @BradBeaird
      @BradBeaird  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don't mind at all Matty. It is a system I built myself. AMD Ryzen 1700x which I have overclocked a bit. 32gb of RAM, 500gb M.2 SSD with an Asus GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card. Liquid cooled with a NZXT water cooler and is in a NZXT case. I run a pair of Acer 24" LCD's and windows 10 and use Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop. Happy to answer more questions if you have any.

    Hi what length can it breakdown to

    • @BradBeaird
      @BradBeaird  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      28.3 inches

    • @lazykid1000
      @lazykid1000 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Bob. Is 28.3 in. its length with or without the tripod base detached? I was wondering what is its length collapsed when the feet are detached, in other words just the column. Thanks. And great review.

    • @BradBeaird
      @BradBeaird  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That’s with the tripod base. If you remove the tripod base and just use the rubber foot it is 23 inches.
