Hi Jiggsy. Awesome cat. He is so adorable. I was excited to watch today when I saw the first notification of the premier. I thought he may be a small piece like I have seen you do. When I saw what you were making I thought this is even cooler than I thought. I love it when I can make somethings that is actually useful and beautiful. Very skillful with the skew, too. Take care.
Thank you for watching. Glad you liked it. Really appreciate you taking the time to comment.

@@JiggsysShed I hope your orders will increase. And you do. Congratulations again. See you mate.
I didn't myself till recently when it was suggested to make a functional piece. I must have seen something somewhere that stuck in the subconscious. Thank you for watching, much appreciated
Thank you Chris, really appreciate you watching. Yeah definitely go fo it, it's a fun project and does look cute sitting on the side. That was my other thought that it can be used in the bathroom. Looking forward to seeing your piece.
I love the spalted beech wood - perfect body for that cat. Really nice outcome both practical and cool looking cat! Thank you for sharing - really enjoyed watching!
Thank you for watching and commenting. As soon as I had the idea of the cat, I knew I wanted to use the spalted beech for the body as for me it would be reminiscent of the markings of a tortoiseshell cat. Glad you liked it.
Yeah, it does look a bit out of proportion, but serves the required function well. I have seen a number of these cats made for display purposes with the tail a lot more delicate. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Nice version! Great idea to make it a paper towel holder! You must be grinning like a cheshire (or a little more south!) cat! I am catching up with sending stickers out so hopefully before xmas! Claire x
Thank you. It was a lot of fun to make this one. No rush with the stickers. Hope mine's made it to you ok. Thank you for watching and commenting, I really appreciate it
