Hi Anna I made this pie today it was delicious but after 3 hours in the fridge it was still a bit soft. I ended up cooking it 10 minutes longer too. I have a thermometer in my oven so I know the temperature was right. I will see tomorrow how the leftovers are. Hopefully it will have set a bit more. I will make this pie again though.
Hi Anna, can you substitute Nestle La Lechera Dulce de Leche Milk-Based Caramel, instead of the chocolate? It may not be a ganache! but kinda taste similiar!
I been looking her videos since years ago, and something that I love from her is that she always make everything from scratch that make her receipies UNIQUE and taste, I totally understand avoiding sugar, I learn that making receipies that exactly as it is you get amazing results,
