    I have had bicep tendinopathy for 1 year now and tried PT which helped but my range of motion is limited. I'm having a hard time with reaching my arm around back and touching the middle of my upper back. Any exercises to help with that movement?

      It's hard to know without seeing you in person, but struggling with the movement of reaching your arm around the back to touch the middle of your back suggests there may also be a shoulder impingement/rotator cuff condition.
      I would suggest checking out our resource page on Shoulder Impingement which may help and maybe checking back in with a local practitioner :)
