For those of us who are not patient, it's great to see the artist waiting while the paint dries and testing the tissue paper as part of the video. It's the only way we'll learn...
Thank you!
Just FABULOUS!!! Thank you for this detailed process video. I am so inspired!
Such beautiful papers, Marsha. And a beautiful collage too!!!
You're such a gifted artist Marsha. I love your finished composition!! ❤❤❤

Have you ever used wet-strength tissue paper? If so, how does it compare to what you’re using in this video? Thanks. 🌺
Hi! I haven't. The reason is that I would have to order the wet-strength tissue paper from outside the EU. I have looked into it because I've been told it's fantastic, but the shipping and import costs are pretty steep and aren't worth it for me at this moment.
Is this tissue paper the same tissue paper for wrapping a gift inside a gift box?
Yes! I save all the tissue paper I get in packages and shoe boxes. The paper I use in this video is from a craft brand. You will notice a difference in qualities, some is better, some is too thin. You can find special art tissue paper too.
Thank you for sharing information about you process!@@marshavalk
how was the sun achieved?
HI! Very late response, sorry! The sun is from a gel print I created with the Gelli Arts Abstract Flower Stencil!
here in Belgium I just can"t find ANY magazine that will transfer. I had 75 laser prints done in a copy shop and ....nothing
Hi Christina! Have you watched the image transfer FAQ video on this channel? It might be helpful for you. In it, I transfer with a Marie Claire Idées and a Vogue. I believe you can get those in Belgium! About the laser prints: you could do one more test and make sure your copy shop prints your black and white images on the colour setting. I’m told colour printers use more toner. And that’s what you want: more toner!
Oh and in this video the page I transfer is from Flow. You should be able to find that in Belgium too!
