- For dinner we are preparing hodgepodge cutlets and apple dessert! And why not? Apples are available now - a blessed harvest! I rightfully consider pumpkin to be the queen of autumn, so I never miss an opportunity to cook it in any version. Today I wanted to cook apple pancakes and meat cutlets with pumpkin. These are simple, but tasty and satisfying dishes!

Apple pancakes:
2 apples
2 eggs
0.5 teaspoon
1 tablespoon of sugar
250 ml kefir
4 tablespoons of flour
0.5 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
*a little vegetable oil to grease the pan

I'm re-smearing:
3 tablespoons of sugar
0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
cream cheese
sour cream
Cutlets:
400 g minced meat
1 onion
250 g pumpkin
salt to taste
ground black pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of semolina
*100-150 g of water to steam the finished cutlets
