All the parts for the Series 1 Swivel should be available and went on until 1964 - Craddocks list them, and usually Dunsfolds have them. The 'early' swivel kits you buy are to convert early swivels to Raiko bushes, but the bronze races, steel cones, springs and splined pins are all available if you want to keep the set up original. My experience is that the splined pins wear badly and need to be replaced, but the other parts can normally adjusted. The taper roller bearing should be the same - I converted my 1960 Series 2 in 1982 so had basically the same parts as you have - you just need to press out the splined swivel and press in the plain one. I have all the parts to do this sometime soon as it is ready again!
