I think either the arrangement is (according to them) not good enough or simply because they prefer this piece when it's played as a duet. People can be very stupid. For solo guitar, this performance is my favorite on youtube. i'm used to play it quite often...

Some parts could have had more legato, but other than that classical music listeners are snobs who can't play music themselves.
