Fun fact: the case for this watch is from Orient. It was used for the 1st gen Orient Flight (FER2A004DO). I still have one and it's a nice fit on my 6.75" wrist.
I purchased the ISL46, I found the leather strap to be way too thick and uncomfortable on my 8.5 in wrist. I put a Barton black and pumpkin silicone strap on it and now its perfect. The lume is seiko quality. Absolutely awesome watch.
I like these watches Marc does but find the 42 mm is a bit big for me. I agree this would be great at 38mm. What I would change would be to change the seconds hand from Blue to Red it would pop I believe that Flieger should be around the 48 to 50 mm as they went around flying jackets. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong..
Love that Mark made a quality affordable version of this. Wish it didn't have the date but I can live with it. Thanks for the video!

Looks like cool watch, myself got the isl-18 about month or so. Enjoy brother.
I have the blue one. It lives on a Barton long strap. Love it.
Mine arrives on Tuesday!
That's awesome. It's a great watch! Enjoy!
It sounds like my wrist is just slightly smaller than yours but I think I can still pull that one off!
No Lume shot :(
Thanks you for the review.
More light please, respects from South Africa
Nice review. Where's the bracelet you're wearing on the Seiko Sarb from?
It's the strapcode super O!
