The subtitles for Mira is translated correctly, but that's not what she says. She said "ahora me vez, ahora no me vez" Which translates to "now you see me, now you dont see me". Same meaning, but she didn't even say what was up there.

Chanka got on the roof by using really cool glitch where you run of a bar onto a speaker and then onto a large "fan roof" with openings and then up the pole onto the roof
Go to Dangleberries new coastline map review it shows how to get on top of roof and it is really easy!!!!!!!!😄
