- India meets Pakistan. Famous Rajasthani Pyaaz ki kachoris inspired from very famous Pakistani Keema Kachoris makes a mouthwatering snack.
Ingredients:
For Dough:
2 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
1/2 tsp Salt
1+1/2 tbsp or 4-5 teaspoons Clarified Butter/Ghee
A little less than One Cup of Water
Consistency :(Medium Soft)
For Maida and Ghee Slurry
2 to 3 Tbsp Maida
2 to 3 Tbsp Ghee
For Filling
3 Cups finely Chopped Onions
2 tsp Grated Ginger
2 finely Chopped green Chillies
2 tbsp Oil
Pinch of Asofetida/Hing
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp of Nigella Seeds/Kalonji
2 tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
2 Tsp Fennel Seed Powder
10-12 no. Raisins (Optional)
1 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
3/4 to 1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Black pepper Powder
1 tsp Mango Powder/Amchur
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
