anyome that hires you and you get a year. if you make to two even better- mega carrier is a mega carrier they all play the same game- once you get two years then you are a jr driver and can get the sweeter positions.and a high paying local job

Garmin dezl 800 otr and prime inc is a good company to start with. They have different positions a person can choose from. Reefer, Tanker, and Flatbed plus the pay for school of you stay a year.

Great content bro just what I need to see right now. I am looking for a company that's willing to train me a bit more before I go off solo. I am in a unique situation I am just testing for my CDL A manual this Thursday in Arizona and fingers crossed I pass first go. I am looking to stay local due to my current family situation. What companies should I look into for my first employer? I am thinking about/looking into (CDL B) WM (Waste Management), Republic Services, CDL A equipment rental companies, Coke, Pepsi, Sysco, beer distributors, and Shamrock.

Werner is team drivers only right now. They came to my CDL school a few weeks ago. Both covenant and Werner said the same thing...they are both making new drivers team drive only.
