Oh gods, me too. Drove me nuts, that puzzle. Honestly overall, I love this game. You get beautiful graphics, emotional music, a rather solid storyline, all without verbal context. On Nintendo, it ranked 6/10, which I just don't think was fair. But this is a game that requires you to pay attention, to watch your environment and the little spirit ball that's following you around. Essentially you have to be in tune with your environment, whereas most people in general aren't. And in gaming, averything is usually handed to you. This one, if you pay attention, you'll get it. But you have to figure it out for yourself. But because of how most games are designed, the common recipe that's followed, people have been made almost stupid. Traditional games are too easy as a result. This took me about two weeks. I do wish that there was more to the game play, and hopefully the sequel is longer. But it's still a really good game.

All you have to do to get into the Shaman's gate there is to Spirit Dash (F) through it while you're on the pressure plate.
