As an American, y’all don’t understand how lucky y’all are to have a league and clubs like this. I got to spend the summer in Belfast working on a research project on Cliftonville and the Reds. In the couple months I was in Belfast, I got a connection and experience with Cliftonville that was a million times better than I ever had with my closest “local” club in America, over an hours drive away. Soccer in Northern Ireland is what I always wanted soccer to be! It’s how it should be everywhere! I’ll forever be a Red til I die!
Not a Cliftonville fan by any stretch of the imagination, I’m usually leaving Solitude or the Oval with some bad feelings (always seems to be a last minute goal) but I think this is a great piece to showcase our league. Hope to see more clubs featured.
Really enjoyed that reds - love to see the history, passion, blood, sweat and tears through out the years. Must admit the little lob by our very own Chris Magee only a few weeks ago was the highlight but isnt our wee league the greatest around for value and enterainment - refs excluded - LOL
The famous Michael Smyth from the Shankill Rd scored a wonder goal up at Solitude a few years ago. In fact he scored two that day. People are still talking in pubs and bars about his goal scoring exploits.

Isn't it about time Cliftonville changed the team colours to the all Green (Celtic) away strip?
Looking forward to this
Superb!
This is wonderful ❤
Terrific watch
If anyone knows where an American could get a vintage Cliftonville kit, I’d really appreciate it!
Its few and far between even for locals as most hang on to their vintage stuff
EBay is probably your best bet
Do a search for magicspongeretro. He has a load of retro themed stuff
