I have the Topicals but have not tried it yet. It was a gift someone gave my partner but I took ownership. It looks very nice on you and I like the shine it gives. Makeup looks very pretty 😊

To be honest, the Fenty balm is def not worth the $16. It should’ve been the same price as the Elf balm and even then, the Elf balm is lowkey way better. I found the Fenty balm to have a grainy/sandy texture when I applied it to my lips and like you said, it hydrates for a while but then has to be reapplied again right away. Hopefully she fixes the formula for it soon
