What an great dessert idea. As a professional who supports parents raising a child with autism, I know how important it is for those kids to get out in nature, as well as get involved with making their own food. This recipe is easy enough for kids to make. I'll pass this onto parents as a way of helping their child connect with nature, their food, their parents and as a skills-learning exercise - thank you!

Btw I found once i 'seasoned' my jaffle iron (just like you'd do your cast iton fry pan), i never had any sticking and i don't need to oil it before use or anything.
