Bro I said that for the longest time until I put 0 down on one and had it paid off in five years. Hesitation is a good money saver but it’ll cost you some fun along the way
An old 4x4 trick is to go through a water obstacle at speed in order to create a bow wave that has the effect of keeping at least some of the water out of the engine and electronics. You really don't want to do this without a snorkel either.
Wow ! No snorkel and it did all that even in 2WD ?!! That’s really impressive ! I’ve been looking at the Foreman , but after watching your video , I’m not sure there’ll be a need for the bigger 518cc engine , but I like the locking differential feature on the Foreman. These 420’s apparently can tackle just about anything.
@NorthwoodsNomad you can do the same with an open differential truck. All the power goes to the wheel with least resistance so if you push the brake evening out the resistance or in a vehicle some will pump the brake trying to make it swap over, sometimes. Just look up getting un stuck using brake trick or something like that and you will find something. If you are just interested in the 420 there are several good videos showing it working.
The Honda rancher is a amazing atv and you can’t go wrong with them they are one of the most reliable atvs out there, not the most powerful but they can pull through just about everything
@@emiliomedina5316 wow. I'm thinking about getting me the same ATV but I was leaning more towards a higher engine size only because I didn't think a 420 will be strong enough to run thru mud or shallow waters. But now I see that it is. Thanks for the content 👍🏾
Well it's good to know my honda rancher can hold its breath, thanks for testing it, I never will, they cost to dam much

I’ve had mine 20 years. Runs like new. But I’d never do that to it. I wish I had the money y’all have just to tear up a good machine like you have.
“Waaa waaa people having fun.”
Mommy and daddy’s money. If they ruin the quad they’ll just go buy them another one

I’m impressed I’ve got no experience with quad bikes but that’s pretty damn cool seeing what the good ol Hondas can do 👍🏾😎

Cool video! Just picked up a 2002 Honda rancher TRX 350 ES yesterday. Nice to see what a stock one can do.
