I recorded a valet parking a stunning Aventador in front of the Hotel de Paris in Monaco. When the car was parked, he wanted to rev it, but he was on first gear, so the Lambo crashed into another car.

Surely you can claim that from the car washers. You must have witnesses who know your car was perfect before going through the wash or whatever and those places are all camera'd are they not( flip if you spit in the street or drop a cigarette but you are on camera. Hope you get what your due mate

The crash was the main part of the video, and what people came here for. That's why it's placed in the beginning of the video. Although if you wanted to see more of the Lamborghini, you could watch towards the end. People would go mad waiting for the crash (and probably just exit it) at the end of the video.

I was curious enough to look for original Aventador front bumpers online. They were for about $6000. Add in the labor costs and the total damage could be at least $10000...
The whole front bumper needed to be replaced. Since this lamborghini is getting older, the repair would cost $7k just to change the bumper

Jesus Christ guys, these cars are made to be as light as possible, the carbon is supposed to give in and absorb the shock from the crash. And this is a horrible thing, especially a valet should look after those cards like they were a raw egg, damn i'd be pissed.

Imagine this. You worked hard all your life and you can finally afford to buy your dream car. Besides yourself, you never let anyone drive it not even your family members because this car means too much for you. Yet you give the keys to some valet who doesn't make enough money to cover the cost of the damage and most probably won't even be responsible for the damage and it's not his car, it's not his hard work, it's not his money so the crash means nothing to him. I say even if the place has valet parking, still park the car yourself. You damn well know if a valet gets his hands on a super-car, they're going to play with it and on top of that you'll be giving him a tip.

you never buy things without knowing them well first.. just my two cent.. in this video the owner want to accelerate his car for show off but having his gear at the wrong place, he ended up forward crashing into a another car lols..
All you have to do is replace the bumper and they hotel or what ever it is would do that

Von Crackenfart yeah but as far as plastic goes the lambo's front is especially cheap and easy to break. It's in the design; it protrudes so far out where a regular car would have a bumper as the first point of contact.
Worst part about this is that the cost to repair this is probably more than both my cars are worth and they are both brand new,

Carbon fiber, it's light and doesn't rust. Breaks easily as seen in the video... Lambos are not built to be bulldozers though

Thank you for explaining it to me, I thought carbon fiber is somewhat more durable, as I know there are bicycle parts that are made of carbon fiber and they look pretty durable.

Maybe you should read up on safety laws. Plastic bumpers are for PEDESTRIANS. All front ends of cars must be crumpled during impact so they don't inflict massive damage to pedestrians. All road legal cars must have crumple-able bumpers. F1 cars don't have a high chance of hitting pedestrians, of course they don't have to use plastic.
Nah, it was not entirely the valets fault as he was unaware that the car had pulled up, however when parking a car, especially with a power like the lambo, u should always becareful how much gas u put on it, otherwise all is good, new bumper and happy days.

No more fully manual transmissions given to valet parking attendants. There are plenty of automatic transmission equipped cars that are nice to drive and that will survive a valet parking attendant.
