I am Indian but every time there is chilli eating competition brits win it. I don’t even know how. We eat spicy food which has a certain spice level but if someone needs to be adventurous to go beyond limits it’s always white people. The man who invented pepper x and Carolina reaper is also a white person from America .

Yep. Separate chilli oil. Chilli crisp, scallions, soy sauce and other nice sides to personalise their bowls to taste.

The ramen looked awesome, plus he made it from scratch. Some of the guests were way too harsh about it.
