    You’re so positive guy! 2 questions:
    - Is “healing” works better on Lr Classic than Mobile?
    - What options do I get if I’ll buy Lr Classic comparing to Lr Mobile? I’m curious ☺️

    • @willsimpsonphoto
      @willsimpsonphoto  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I personally don’t like the healing on either Lightroom or Lightroom mobile. I do most of that in photoshop except for little specks and very simple clean up.
      I believe if you get Lightroom classic (like the photographer package from Adobe which is $9.99/mo) you’ll also get photoshop, Lightroom cc and Lightroom mobile. If you just get Lightroom mobile for $4.99/mo you only get the full version of Lightroom mobile.

    nice tips for beginners, i don't agree with smartphones being as potent as "real" cameras though, even my small canon g5xii wipes the floor with every phone on the market.
    i've had only phones with good cams; pixel6pro, galaxy s22 etc. and they get absolutely murdered by my canon in terms of detail, light, zoom, textures and so on.
    no wonder; it has real optical zoom and a way bigger and better sensor.
    my tip: get a good compact and a cheaper phone with a good display for editing in lightroom (something like the poco f3), it won't cost you much more than a high-end phone and the results are just worlds better!

    • @willsimpsonphoto
      @willsimpsonphoto  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I totally agree, I dont think camera phones come close to the quality that a camera will, but for straight beginners who just want to practice and don't know where they want to take their photography, they can get a taste with their phone and go from there.

      @@willsimpsonphoto it's a good point to start for sure, it's just the fake bokeh with all its errors i can't stand😅 a good phone for beginners is the pixel 6a, doesn't cost that much and it comes with a relatively good main lens and a very potent software (gcam) to back it up.

      this issue has come up before. What phone are you using?
      Im unsure if that is just an iphone feature as I havent had a chance to test it myself. However, make sure to touch and hold the slider, then touch the screen without taking your finger off the slider. Then adjust the slider and it should work if the feature is on other phones.
