Disassemble the machine so the humidifier and main unit, power cords and hose are all separate. Open the bag and there should be 4 compartments. with the flat parts facing down so entering the bag first, put in the unit in either the left or right side, the humidifier in the opposite, with their points in the middle. Then the cords should fit in the top or bottom and the hose with your mask (depending on your mask) into the bottom one. I've travelled a fair bit with mine and it's not even a particularly tight squeeze to fit it in. Your carry case should look like this (www.ahealthcare.com/images/detailed/27/prisma_SMART_carrying-case_fbgo-37_c6cp-hw_hd8w-nz.jpg) with a different logo. This came with my machine so I assume it is the standard one, there could be some others which might fit differently
Ever since I got this 6 months ago (brand new), when I try to update the time, it says “It is not possible to adapt the time at present. Try again in a few hours.” It has NEVER allowed me to update the time.

Do you have instructions on how to pack the machine and humidifier away in the carry bag? It seems not possible to fit everything in.
